Occupational Health & Safety

Local 5047’s OH&S committee is comprised of members of the local who work in schools everyday just like you. The committee works on your behalf to ensure we all have a safe workplace. Please feel free to contact via email using ohscupe5047@hotmail.com to have any OH&S questions answered.

Below are resources and forms you can use when wondering if something is an OH&S issue, or when reporting an injury or incident within your workplace.

*Please remember to have your Admin team fill out a Worker’s Compensation Form if there is any chance you will need to seek medical attention. A SIP form can also be filled out at this time.
